Title

Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of GHA Technologies, Inc. for furnishing and delivering a computer network file backup and email archive system for a total sum of $29,783.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly processed a request for quote for funishing a computer network file backup and email archive system for the Information Technology Division of the City of West Allis, that the proposals received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of GHA Technologies, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated August 30, 2013 submitted by GHA Technologies, Inc. for furnishing one (1) Barracuda Message Archiver 450 with 3 years of Energize updates and two (2) Barracuda Backup Server 690 with 1 year of Energize updates for a total net sum of $29,783.00 in accordance with City of West Allis RFQ 1212 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid equipment.
