WHEREAS, James Bartos, owner submitted a Certified Survey Map for the lot consolidation to be located at 9619 W. Grant St.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map being a re-division of Lots 3 and 4, in Block 7, in "Kinsey's Park Gardens", being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, is hereby approved.
