Body

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the storm sewer lateral at 5735 West National Avenue was damaged during forestry work; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to make fair payment for the repair work in the amount of $3,794.10 from the appropriate City account.
