Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on Both Sides of the North 440 feet of the 1300 Block of S. 104 St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  S. 104 St.

Blocks:  North 440 feet of the 1300 Block

Side:  Both

Restriction:  2 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
