An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 6.02(9)(b) to add 10 thru 19 of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Loitering in Public Places.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Subsection 6.02(9)(b) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:
6.02 PUBLIC OFFENSES.

(9) Loitering.
* * *
(b) Loitering in Public Places. It shall be unlawful for any person, not in official attendance or on official business, to enter into, congregate, loiter, wander, stroll, stand or play in the following public places in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and sunrise.

10. Honey Creek Park and Settlement (S. 84 St. & W. National Ave.).
11. Joyce Radtke Park (8320 W. National Ave.).
12. Klentz Park (2601 S. 72 St.).
13. Liberty Heights Park (1540 S. 62 St.).
14. North Greenfield Railroad Station Park (8139 W. National Ave.).
15. Reservoir Park (9621 W. Lapham St.).
16. Euclid Park (8701 W. Oklahoma Ave.).
17. Henderson Park (1700 S. 84 St.).
18. McKinley Park Playground (S. 72 St. & W. Washington Ave.).
19. Any property owned by the City of West Allis, upon notice from a police officer or other city official.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby amended.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
