Title

Resolution approving an Affidavit of Correction for Certified Survey Map No. 7426 to correct the location of a Shared Use Path.

Body

Whereas, the owner of the property required additional space to accommodate truck deliveries (40 feet from the building rather than the 30 originally platted); and,

Whereas, the owner decided to extend the Shared Use Path further to the South to relocate the entrance.

BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis Wisconsin, that the Affidavit of Correction dated July 6, 2004, for Certified Survey Map No. 7426, approved by the Common Council by Resolution No. R-2004-0125, adopted April 5, 2004, being a redivision of Parcels 1 & 2, Certified Survey Map No. 5594, also being part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 34, all in Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
