WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of William Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. for 2003 Project No. 16 be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of William Beaudoin & Sons, Inc. for 2003 Project No. 16:

Installation of new concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement with miscellaneous concrete walk repair and new concrete driveway approaches in:

W. Vincent Pl. from S. 89 St. to 270' west of S. 90 St. (dead end)

and

Milling and asphaltic resurfacing in:

E/W alley between S. 84 St., S. 85 St., W. Rogers St. & W. Becher St.
E/W alley between S. 96 St., S. 99 St., W. Manitoba St. & W. Oklahoma Ave.
E/W alley between S. 102 St., W. Wildwood Dr., W. Cleveland Ave. and W. Montana Ave.
E/W alley between S. 76 St., W. Cleveland Ave., W. Dakota St. & W. Honey Creek Pkwy.
