Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the North Side of the West 40 Feet of the 11700 Block and the East 20 Feet of the 11800 Block of West Washington Street.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Washington St.

Block:  West 40 Feet of the 11700 Block and East 20 Feet of the 11800 Block

Side:  North

Restriction:  No Stopping, No Waiting, No Parking, 7:30AM to 4:30PM during School Days

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
