Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the following Downtown West Allis Municipal Parking Lot:  75 Southeast

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.14 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Municipal Parking Lot: 75 Southeast

Description:  Lots 27 & 28, Block 1 of Baldwin-Cusic Subdivision

Restriction:  Row 1 and 2:  4 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM, Except by Permit.

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
