Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the South Side of W. Mitchell Street, From a Point 60 Ft. East of S. 66th Street to S. 66th Street.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

 

PART I.          Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

 

Street:  W. Mitchell St.

Block:  6500

Side:  North

Restriction:  2 Hour Parking (8am to 9pm)

 

PART II.         All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 

PART III.       This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
