TITLE

Resolution accepting work of Rawson Contractors, Inc. for storm sewer relay at W. Rogers St. from 45 ft. west of S. 53 St. to 490 ft. east of S. 53 St., in the City of West Allis, and authorizing and directing payment of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2002 Project No. 22.

BODY

WHEREAS, Rawson Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Rawson Contractors, Inc. - 2002 Project No. 22

for storm sewer relay at W. Rogers St. from 45 ft. west of S. 53 St. to 490 ft. east of S. 53 St., in the City of West Allis

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
