WHEREAS, Mid City Plumbing & Heating, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Mid City Plumbing & Heating, Inc. - 2012 Project No. 10

for sump pump installation and storm lateral extension on private property in:

South 56^th Street from North City Limits to West National Avenue

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
