Title

Ordinance to create Section 12.42(2)(o) of the Revised Municipal Code to permit car wash facilities as a special use in the C-3 Community Commercial District

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Section 12.42(2)(o) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:

12.42      C-3  Community Commercial District

(2)      Special Uses

* * *

(o)      Car wash facilities.  There shall be a minimum 20-foot separation from any commercial lot line that abuts a lot located in a residentially zoned district.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
