Title

An Ordinance to Amend the Definition of "Nursing Home" in Section 12.06 of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     The definition of "Nursing Home" in Section 12.06 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read:

12.06                     Definitions.

Whenever a term defined in this Section appears in the text of this Subchapter, its meaning shall be construed to be the definition set forth in this Section.

Nursing Home.  A facility that meets the definition in Section 50.01(3), Wis. Stat., and that is licensed under Section 50.03(1), Wis. Stat.

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
