Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the North Side of the West 60 Ft. of the 8400 Block of W. Becher St. (Sponsored by Ald. Dobrowski)

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Becher St.

Blocks:  West 60 Ft. of the 8400 Block

Side:  North

Restriction:  No Stopping, No Standing, No Parking, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM during School Days

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
