WHEREAS, State Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

State Contractors, Inc. - 2014 Project No. 12

for concrete pavement patching, sidewalk, pavement markings, manhole adjustments and utility adjustments in:

W. Lincoln Avenue: S. 84^th Street to S. 85^th Street

W. Lincoln Avenue:  S. 67^th Street to S. 68^th Street

W. Becher Street:  S. 72^nd Street to S. 73^rd Street

Various Locations throughout City of West Allis

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
