Title

An Ordinance to amend Section 2.54(2)(b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code relative to membership on the Legislative Committee.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 2.54(2)(b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:

2.54      LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE.

(2)      How Constituted.

. . .

"(b)      The Chairperson of the Advisory Committee, or his/her designee of another member of the Advisory Committee, who shall serve as Vice Chairperson."

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
