Title

Resolution Granting an Existing Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to New Owner Earl Eppler, d/b/a Eppler Enterprises LLC, for property located at 6833 West National Avenue and 1628 South 69^th Street.

Body

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 26537, adopted November 6^th, 2000, the City of West Allis granted to Jerome F. and Rosemary Trasser a Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way, said Privilege providing for a concrete stoop and canvas awning onto the public property at 6833 West National Avenue and 1628 South 69^th Street, West Allis, WI; and,

WHEREAS, the property has now changed ownership to Earl Eppler, d/b/a Eppler Enterprises LLC, who desires to retain the Privilege.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis grants to Earl Eppler, d/b/a Eppler Enterprises LLC, the Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way for a concrete stoop and canvas awning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional improvements on said area must require prior approval of the Board of Public Works.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Privilege on behalf of the City of West Allis.
