Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-2006-0086 establishing the salary of the Alderpersons of the City of West Allis for the four year term of April 15, 2008 through April 16, 2012 (to delete the April 19, 2011 increase, thus keeping it the same as the previous twelve months).

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Part I of Salary Ordinance No. O-2006-0046 shall be deleted and replaced as follows:

April 15, 2008 through April 20, 2009 - $274.00 Bi-Weekly; $7,124.00 Annual

April 21, 2009 through April 19, 2010 - $279.00 Bi-Weekly; $7,254.00 Annual

April 20, 2010 through April 18, 2011 - $284.00 Bi-Weekly; $7,384.00 Annual

April 19, 2011 through April 16, 2012 - $284.00 Bi-Weekly; $7,384.00 Annual

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
