Title

Resolution relative to transferring up to $84,600.00 from the Contingency Fund to the Police Department Automotive Capital Account for purchasing four (4) Police Squads from Holz Motors.

Body

WHEREAS, The order will be placed in 2010, we will need the funds placed in the 2010 budget due to contractual agreement; and,

WHEREAS, Holz Motors, our preferred vendor will match State of Wisconsin pricing for 2011 Police Squads.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the sum of $84,600.00 be and is hereby transferred from the Contingency Fund to the Police Automotive Account 100 2101 521 7002.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Contingency Fund will be repaid a like sum from the 2011 Police Depart Automotive Capital Budget.
