Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Intergaph Corporation to provide GIS GeoMedia Software & Maintenance for a total net sum of $8,775.00.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for three (3) GIS GeoMedia Software Kits with Maintenace; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Intergraph Corporation be accepted; and,
WHEREAS, the Information Services Division of the Department of Administration has determined that this contract is inappropriate for competitive selection because this company is the only vendor that sells the products and services needed for their GIS platform.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated December 10, 2004 submitted by Intergraph Corporation to provide three (3) GIS Software Kits with full maintenance for the total net sum of $8,775.00 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid service.
