WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of MJ Construction, Inc. for 2013 Project No. 11 be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of MJ Construction, Inc. for 2013 Project No. 11 for:

asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, sanitary sewer, and utility adjustments in:

S. 77th Street: W. Beloit Road to W. Arthur Avenue
S. 78th Street: W. Lincoln Avenue to W. Arthur Avenue
S. 79th Street: W. Lincoln Avenue to W. Arthur Avenue
S. 80th Street: W. Hayes Avenue to W. Arthur Avenue
S. 81st Street: 300' South of W. Lincoln Avenue to W. Arthur Avenue
