Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-2006-0045 establishing the salary of the Mayor of the City of West Allis for the four year term of April 15, 2008 through April 16, 2012 (to delete the April 19, 2011 increase, thus keeping it the same as the previous twelve months).

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range of the Mayor of the City of West Allis, elected on or after April 1, 2008, for the four year term of April 15, 2008 through April 16, 2012, shall be as follows:

April 15, 2008 through April 20, 2009      -      $58,000

April 21, 2009 through April 19, 2010      -      $60,000

April 20, 2010 through April 18, 2011      -      $62,000

April 19, 2011 through April 16, 2012      -      $62,000

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
