BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Preliminary Resolution No. R-2007-0274 adopted by the Common Council on November 6, 2007, is hereby amended to read: S. 100 St. to S. 124 St., W. Fairview Ave. to Union Pacific Railroad by miscellaneous sidewalk repair.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Preliminary Resolution No. R-2007-0274 shall be and remain in full force and effect.
