Resolution approving the water service agreement between the cities of West Allis and Milwaukee.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the form of "Agreement Between the City of Milwaukee and the City of West Allis for the Purchase of Water at Wholesale," attached to this resolution and incorporated herein by reference, be and is hereby approved, subject, however, to approval of an identical form of such Agreement by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee.
2. That in accordance with the provision of the attached form of Agreement, and subject to the limiting conditions set forth in Resolving Clause No. 1 above, the Mayor, the Clerk/Treasurer, City Attorney and Comptroller of the City of West Allis be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said "Agreement Between the City of Milwaukee and the City of West Allis for the Purchase of Water at Wholesale."
3. That the Clerk/Treasurer of the City of West Allis be and is hereby authorized and directed to transmit to the City Clerk of the City of Milwaukee a certified copy of this resolution, together with a copy of the attached form of the "Agreement Between the City of Milwaukee and the City of West Allis for the Purchase of Water at Wholesale."
