Initial Resolution Authorizing $5,035,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds of the City of West Allis.

Body

WHEREAS, the City needs to obtain funds for the public purpose of refunding obligations of the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, borrow an amount not to exceed $5,035,000 by issuing its general obligation bonds for the public purpose of refunding obligations of the City, including interest on them.
