Title

An Ordinance to Establish No Left Turn on the Northbound and Southbound Side of the Intersection of S. 92 St. and W. National Ave.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.08 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Location:  Intersection of S. 92 St. and W. National Ave.

Direction of Travel:  Northbound and Southbound

Restriction:  No Left Turn 7 AM to 9 AM, 4 PM to 6 PM, Mon. - Fri.

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
