Resolution accepting work of J&A Pohl, Inc. for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in South 87th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Lapham Street within the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2013 Project No. 5.

WHEREAS, J&A Pohl, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
J&A Pohl, Inc. - 2013 Project No. 5
for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:
South 87th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Lapham Street
(PLAN FILE NOS. SP-1183, U-2561, U-2562, W-1316, W-1317, S-1481, S-1482, S-1483)
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
