An Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by establishing a Planned Development District Commercial-Industrial PDD-2 overlay for properties located in the 6600 block of W. Washington St., pursuant to Sec. 12.61 of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended by overlay to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned by overlay to create a PDD-2, Planned Development District, Commercial/Industrial, to-wit:
A land located in the Southwest ¼, Southeast ¼ and Northeast ¼ of Section 34, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
