Title

Ordinance to amend Section 12.41(2) of the Revised Municipal Code to permit clinics, medical or dental, as a special use within the C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 12.41(2)(gg) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended, as follows:

12.41 Neighborhood Commercial District

(2) Special Uses

(gg) Clinics, Medical or Dental

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its passage and publication.
