Title
Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning a portion of the parcel located at 9618 W. Schlinger Ave. from C-3 Community Commercial District to M-1 Manufacturing District.
 
Body
PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from C-3 Community Commercial District to M-1 Manufacturing District.
 
A tract of land being located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
 
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 32; thence Westerly, 1336.87 feet, along the South line of said Northeast corner and centerline of West Schlinger Avenue to the Point of Beginning; thence, continue, Westerly, 44.00 feet, along said South line; thence Northerly, 469.95 feet, to the South line of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company right-of-way; thence Easterly; 44.00 feet, along said South line; thence Southerly, 469.95 feet to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 0.475 Acres, more or less.
 
Said land located at:  9618 W. Schlinger Ave. from C-3 Community Commercial District to M-1 Manufacturing District (Tax Key No. 416-9989-000).
 
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and upon a certified survey map being recorded and a demolition permit for the existing residential structures being applied for by the buyer (CSM required to for property line modifications).
