Title

An Ordinance To Amend Section 12.19(3)(g) And Repeal Sections 12.19(12)&(13) Of The Revised Municipal Code Relative To Off-Street Parking And Loading Spaces.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 12.19(3)(g) is hereby amended to read as follows:

12.19                     OFF-STREET PARKING, LOADING AND OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENT REGULATIONS.

(3)                     Minimum Construction Standards.

(g)  Screening.  All off-street parking and loading areas shall be effectively screened from any abutting lot(s) by a solid screen, landscaping, wall or fence as approved by the Plan Commission.

PART II.  West Allis Revised Municipal Code Sections 12.19(12), Required Off-Street Loading Spaces, and 12.19(13), Location of Loading Spaces, are hereby repealed.

PART III.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART IV.  This ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its passage and publication.
