Title

An Ordinance to Create Subsection 12.16(13)(e) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Grounds for Termination of a Special Use.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Subsection 12.16(13)(e) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:

12.16      SPECIAL USES.

(13)      Termination of Special Use.

* * *

(e)      The person or entity granted the special use violates, allows or suffers the violation of the ordinances of the City of West Allis, the State of Wisconsin or the United States on the premises covered by the special use.

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinance contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
