Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning 2320 S. 92 St. and 2323 S. 91 St. from RB-2 Residence District to RC-1 Residence District.  (Tax Key Nos. 487-0092-000 and 487-0095-000)
 
Body
PART I.        The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from RB-2 Residence District to RC-1 Residence District, to-wit:
 
A tract of land being located in the Northwest ΒΌ of Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
 
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Lot 5 in Block 1 of the Woodland Manor subdivision; thence Easterly, 285.17 feet, along the north right-of-way line of the alley to the centerline of South 91st Street; thence Southerly, 66.16 feet along the arc of the curve with radius of 445.22 feet, said arc being centerline of South 91st Street; thence, continue, Southerly, 21.87 feet along said centerline; thence Westerly, 345.00 feet, to the centerline of South 92nd Street; thence Northerly, 87.69 feet, along said centerline of South 92nd Street to the north right-of-way line of the alley extended; thence Easterly, 55.00 feet along said north line, to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 0.6925 Acres, more or less.
 
Said land being located at 2320 S. 92 St. and 2323 S. 91 St. from RB-2 Residence District to RC-1 Residence District.  (Tax Key Nos. 487-0092-000 and 487-0095-000)
      
PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
