Title

Resolution relative to accepting  the proposal of Insight Public Sector, Inc. for furnishing and delivering IBM personal computers for a total sum not-to-exceed $78,000.00.

Body

WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a cooperative proposal through the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration for furnishing and delivering sixty-five (65) personal computers for various departments of the City of West Allis, that the proposal received was reasonable; and,

WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Insight Public Sector, Inc. be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated May 3, 2004 submitted by Insight Public Sector, Inc. for furnishing and delivering sixty-five (65) IBM M50 computers with monitor at a sum not-to-exceed $78,000.00 in accordance with State Bureau of Procurement Bulletin 15-20453-400 be and is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid material.
