Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning property located at 5730 & 5726 W. National Ave. from C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District to C-3 Community Commercial District.
 
Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
 
PART I.  The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land zoned C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District shall be rezoned to C-3, Community Commercial District, to-wit:
 
A tract of land being located in the Northeast ΒΌ of Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
 
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 11 in Block 2 of the Central Improvement Company's Subdivision No. 5; thence Southerly, 169.60 feet, along the East property line to the centerline of West National Avenue; thence Southwesterly, 100.00 feet, along the said centerline, to the centerline of South 58th Street; thence Northerly, 202.92 feet, along the said centerline to the centerline of the public alley, extended; thence Easterly, 97.00 feet, along said centerline, to the East property line of said Lot 11, extended; thence Southerly, 9.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
 
Said land contains 0.4248 Acres, more or less.
 
Said area is located at 5730 and 5726 W. National Ave., and contains 0.42 acres, more or less and includes portions of City right-of-way.
 
Tax Key Numbers:   438-0338-000 and 438-0339-000
 
PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
