Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the North Side of the 11700, 11800, 11900, 12000, 12100 and 12200 Blocks of W. Oklahoma Ave., from Root River Parkway Dr. to 370 ft. E of S. 124 St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Oklahoma Ave.

Blocks:  11700, 11800, 11900, 12000, 12100 and 12200, from Root River Parkway Dr. 370 ft. E of S. 124 St.

Side:  North

Restriction:  1 Hour Parking

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
