Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2006-0029 establishing the salary ranges of certain employees in the Labor Service of the City of West Allis for the years 2006-2007 (Yard Attendant).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The Attachments 1 through 3 of Salary Ordinance No. 2006-0029 shall be amended by deleting the position of Yard Person from the salary ranges of L12(R) and L12(P).

PART II.  The Attachments 1 through 3 of Salary Ordinance No. 2006-0029 shall be amended by adding the position of Yard Attendant to the salary ranges of L14(R) and L14(P).

PART III.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART IV.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2007 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
