On an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant Action Plan, B-05-MC-55-0011, increasing the Rogers Park Playground Improvement Project by $43,000 for a total of $58,000. Funds for the project will be made available with a reduction of $43,000 to the Contingency Fund; and an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant Action Plan, B-07-MC-55-0011, creating a Community Centennial Plaza Park Project at 7525 W. Greenfield Ave. with a budget not to exceed $100,000. Funds for the project will be made available with a reduction of $100,000 from the Contingency Fund.
