Resolution to accept the transfer of ownership, by Quit Claim Deed, of a Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis property located at 14** S. 62 St. (Tax Key Nos. 454-0074-000 and 454-0075-000) to the City of West Allis-Parking Utility.

WHEREAS, on January 20, 2009, by Resolution No. 751, the Community Development Authority of the City of West Allis ("Authority") approved the transfer of the property (parking lot) located at 14** S. 62 St. ("Property") to the City of West Allis ("City"); and,
WHEREAS, such transfer of the Property by Authority to the City will include all future maintenance and fees for the current improved parking lot; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to acquire the Property by Quit Claim Deed for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of West Allis hereby accepts the transfer of ownership of the property at 14** S. 62 St. by Quit Claim Deed from the Authority to the City for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Property be under the jurisdiction of the City of West Allis-Parking Utility for future maintenance and repair.
