WHEREAS, Payne & Dolan, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Payne & Dolan, Inc. - 2012 Project No. 5

for asphalt resurfacing of the pavement including the cracking and seating of the pavement with miscellaneous driveway and sidewalk repair, sanitary sewer, and utility adjustments in:

W. Mitchell Street: S. 108^th Street to 860’ West of S. 108^th St.

 S. 88^th Street: W. Lincoln Ave. to W. Arthur Pl.

 S. Wollmer: W. Oklahoma Ave. to S. 108^th St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
