An ordinance to amend the official West Allis zoning map by rezoning the underlying zoning of 1710 S. 108 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to C-3 Community Commercial District pursuant to Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code, to revise the Planned Development Agreement between the City of West Allis and Shecterle Enterprises, Inc. for the redevelopment of approximately 5.45 acres of land (Crestwood Bakery Property) located at 1710 S. 108 St. for a commercial/retail development pursuant to Section 12.61 of the Revised Municipal Code, and for a Special Use Permit for a Culver's Restaurant to be located on site at 1672 S. 108 St. pursuant to Section 12.16 of the Revised Municipal Code.
