Title
An Ordinance to amend Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0007 establishing the salary ranges of certain employees in the Executive Service, the Managerial Service, the Deputy Service, and the Confidential, Professional and Supervisory Service [change perimeter (P) to non-resident (NR), and selected other changes].

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
PART I. Attachment 1 to Part I and Attachment 2 to Part II of Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0007 shall be amended as noted:
• Change all references to Schedule P (perimeter) to Schedule NR (non-resident).
• Add Municipal Court Administrator to P-27A (R & NR).
• Add WIC Program Director/Project Nutritionist to P-27A (R & NR).
• Delete WIC Program Director from P-24 (R & NR).
• Change title of Inspector of Police (Deputy Chief - Support Services) to Deputy Chief of Police (Support Services).
• Change title of Deputy Fire Chief (Operations) to Assistant Fire Chief (Operations).
• Add "/Fire Prevention" to title of Assistant Fire Chief EMS.
• Delete Fire Marshall (Assistant Fire Chief) from P-30B (R & NR).
• Change Fire Training Officer (Assistant Fire Chief) to Deputy Fire Chief in P-30B (R & NR).
• Add position of Deputy Fire Chief EMS/Fire Prevention in P-30B (R & NR).
• Establish Schedule NR (non-resident) for the Executive Service, Managerial Service, and Deputy Service for 2013 and 2014.
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
