Title

Resolution to rescind Resolution Nos. R-2003-0216, R-2003-0217, R-2003-0218, R-2003-0219, R-2003-0220, and R-2003-0221 all relating to the issuance and sale of general obligation securities and the levying of a tax in connection therewith.

Body

WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin approved its 2003/2004 budget without harming the City of West Allis' ability to issue debt, and

WHEREAS, it is the Common Council's desire to rescind the various unused initial resolutions relative to issuance of debt that were approved on June 30, 2003.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolutions Nos. R-2003-0216, R-2003-0217, R-2003-0218, R-2003-0219, R-2003-0220, and R-2003-0221 all relating to the issuance and sale of general obligation securities and the levying of a tax in connection therewith are hereby rescinded.
