Title

An Ordinance to establish parking restrictions at the West Allis Municipal Parking Lot located at 66th Street & Lapham Southeast.

Body

The Common Council of West Allis do ordain as follows:

      PART I.      Pursuant to section 10.14 of the Revised Municipal Code of West Allis, the following parking restriction is established:

Municipal Parking Lot:  66th Street & Lapham SE

Description:      Lots 1, 2, & 3 in Block 9 of Central Improvement Company's Subdivision No. 7

Restriction:      2 Hour parking 8:00AM to 5:00PM, No Parking 11:00PM to 6:00AM, except by permit.

      PART II.      All ordinances of parts of ordinance contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

      PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
