Title
Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to pay for an additional WinSLAMM Analysis in the amount not to exceed $1,400.
Body
WHEREAS, in 2004, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) issued a Stormwater Permit to the City of West Allis; and,
 
WHEREAS, in 2013, AECOM  submitted a WinSLAMM (Nonpoint Source Pollution Modeling program) analysis to the DNR which estimated a Total Suspended Solids (TTS) reduction of only 12%, well under the 20% standard; and,
 
WHEREAS, a data anomaly was discovered, which dramatically changes the results of the WinSLAMM Analysis; and,
 
WHEREAS, AECOM, has updated the data and provided an additional WinSLAMM Analysis report which was not covered in the original professional services contract.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be and is hereby authorized to pay to AECOM the additional cost incurred for the updated WinSLAMM Analysis provided beyond the original professional services contract in the amount not to exceed $1,400.
