Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the following West Allis Municipal Parking Lots:  62 and Orchard NW, 62 and National SW.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.14 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following Parking Restrictions are established:

Municipal Parking Lot 62 and Orchard NW

Description:  Lots 4 and 5 in Block 3 of Liberty Heights Subdivision and Lot 6 and the East 5 Feet of Lot 7 in Block 3 of Liberty Heights Subdivision

Restriction:  Row 1, 2 and 3:  2 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM Except by Permit

Municipal Parking Lot 62 and National SW

Description:  Lots 3 and 10 in Block 3 of Liberty Heights Subdivision

Restriction:  Row 1, 2 and 3:  2 Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, No Parking 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM Except by Permit

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
