Title

An Ordinance to Create Subsection 13.30(5) of the Revised Municipal Code Relative to Exceptions to Obstructions.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Subsection 13.30(5) of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows:

13.30  OBSTRUCTIONS

                     *  *  *

(5)                     Exceptions.  The Common Council, Plan Commission, Board of Public Works, or the Board of Appeals may approve obstructions not permitted by this section.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of the ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its passage and publication.
