Resolution Approving the Water Tower Lease Agreement by and between the City of West Allis and Cricket Communications Inc.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has negotiated an agreement to lease to Cricket Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Cricket Communications, space on the City's water tower located near the southeast corner of the intersection of South 116 Street and West Rogers Street in the City of West Allis for the placement of certain Antenna Facilities, as therein defined ("Lease"); and,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed and recommended to the Common Council that it approve the Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Lease, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the Lease on behalf of the City.
