WHEREAS, Butters-Fetting Co., Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Butters-Fetting Co., Inc. - 2013 Project No. 7

to replace the condensing unit at the Health Department located at 7120 West National Avenue and the air conditioning unit at the Senior Center located at 7001 West National Avenue be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
